Pratik Shah
Pratik Shah is a Chartered Professional Accountant (Canada), Chartered Accountant (India – Rank Holder) and Company Secretary (India).
He has 14+ years of experience in Taxation, Accounting, Book-keeping and Financial Planning & Analysis. He has worked for Royal Bank of Canada, Citibank and Reliance Industries Limited.
Pratik specializes in corporate and personal tax-planning, and crafting strategies offering clients with the most optimal tax solutions. He has helped hundreds of businesses with their business setup, incorporation and payroll processing, to hit the ground running. He has closely worked with clients on business acquisition deals to streamline their decision-making process alongside helped them with negotiations.
His clients find him very approachable and appreciate his quick turnaround with their tax-related questions.
In his free time, Pratik enjoys working out, spending time with family and travelling.
Fun fact – Pratik is an identical twin, and is also a father of twin girls.

Mohita Shah is a Chartered Professional Accountant (Canada) and Chartered Accountant (India – Rank Holder).
She shares a similar 14+ years of experience in Taxation, Accounting, Book-keeping and Financial Planning & Analysis. She has worked for Bank of Nova Scotia, Citibank and Reliance Industries Limited.
Mohita specializes in personal tax-planning, book-keeping and accounting. She has assisted/helped clients with cloud-based accounting and book-keeping solutions, tailoring to their business needs. She bears a passion for personal taxes and ensures that the clients benefit with all the right tax deductions/credits/rebates, thus, maximizing their tax efficiency while ensuring compliance with all applicable relevant laws.
In her free time, Mohita enjoys spending time with her twin daughters, travelling and trying new cuisines.
